As if it wasn’t hard before... Meal planning ta As if it wasn’t hard before...

Meal planning takes me out. 😳I’ve tried so many different things. It has become harder being a #veganfamily. My kids were transitioned to veganism as well but they’re still kiddos and definitely still picky. 🥴 Meals have quickly become super boring and I need variety and spice.

Drop your favorite family meal. It doesn’t have to be vegan. We make necessary adjustments.

Help a momma out. 😩

Just the thought of it is too much to bare. 😩 Just the thought of it is too much to bare. 😩

I had someone recently ask me what gave me the “umph” I needed to make big changes in my life. I had never really thought about it but the question made me think. I found myself unhappy because I had felt lost.

Motherhood is it always rosy or a walk in the park. What I did know was that I didn’t want to find myself as a miserable empty nester because I have not created a life outside of my children and my husband.

Putting me first was truly the first big step for me. And I’ll always encourage all women to stay true to themselves and never lose themselves in caring for others.

Would you believe me if I told you? 🤔 I believ Would you believe me if I told you? 🤔

I believe in you more than you believe in yourself. Told you you wouldn’t believe. The past year has taught me a lot. Well because of reading and sponging of information honestly. I didn’t get it on my own. What I can tell you is that lots of people have very limited belief systems.

Unlearning toxic and bad behavior will be your best friend. Trust me. Don’t look to people ok with your complacency for advice. Seek wiser wisdom. It has literally saved my life. 😉

HAPPY SPRING! There’s no better time for you. HAPPY SPRING! There’s no better time for you.

As we close on quarter 1, if you didn’t have boundaries before, create them now. I find that so many people don’t have them and wonder why people treat them this way and that way.

Once you out your boundaries in place, don’t change them for anyone. Especially if it means your happiness.

You are singly the most important vessel to care for.

Boundaries:

1. Make sure you’re being respected
2. Keep you safe
3. Keep you at peace
4. Preserve your energy

I really could go on and on. Boundaries should be treated with a “by any means necessary” attitude.

Save and share with a friend who needs boundaries.

How often do people count you out? Listen! I’v How often do people count you out?

Listen! I’ve been there and done that. That’s how I know how easy it can be to let the fear of others stop YOU from living in your purpose or living your dreams.

The conversation wasn’t between them, you, and Him, right? So stop letting others make decisions for you that you wouldn’t make.

If you don’t feel that they’re positively guiding you, don’t look to them for advice.

This is your sign to “do you boo”, respectfully. 😘

HER: How are you choosing you? Y’all I’m alw HER: How are you choosing you?

Y’all I’m always hungry. Straight starving for success. I decided a long time ago that it’s “by any means necessary” and it is.

I couldn’t get in the mindset until I started putting me first.

Need ways to choose you-part 1.

1. Always put yourself first.
2. Use the word “no” more often. It IS a complete sentence.
3. Treat your body as the temple that it is. You only get the one.
4. Don’t make other people’s opinions of you your reality. Really eff their unwanted opinions.

IYKYK.... It takes a lot of work to fully walk in IYKYK....

It takes a lot of work to fully walk in your purpose. I’m enjoying the journey. 🙏🏽

“WHO AM I” is a question I ask myself frequently.

Today’s AFFIRMATION: I affirm the purpose of my life and am fully prepared to walk in my purpose.

DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE? Tell me in the comments.

❤️: yes
🤍: still figuring it out

I didn’t think it would ever be me! But it was I didn’t think it would ever be me!

But it was and I’ve chosen to share to save your child. I don’t generally buy cups of noodles but they were purchased and in the home.

My oldest son was helping out, prepped them for his brother, and handed him the cup. They both knew the contents were HOT but because the outside was easily held they underestimated the temperature of the water in the cup.

In moving the noodles around water fell on his arm. He was BURNED and my heart is broken. A second degree burn to forever be a reminder of “how hot the water” really was.

So remember, if you buy the cups for your young ones, be sure to pour the water off.

Lesson learned. 🥺😞

PS: @bandaidbrand are the best and have been a lifesaver.
